Employment Opportunities Lakeshore Aviation currently has an opening for Line Service Technician. We are looking for an energetic, motivated individual to join us. This is a part-time position, approximately 30-40 hours per month. Expanded hours are also available. It is an indoor/outdoor job, and you will be responsible for parking planes and greeting guests, fueling and moving aircraft, dispatching rental/training flights, aircraft/hangar cleaning, processing sales & invoices, answering phones and aircraft radio communications. Applicant should have basic computer experience and good mechanical skills. Pilot license a plus, but not required, we just want you to be interested in flying. Must be a motivated individual with strong self-direction, able to handle multiple tasks and move from job to job quickly and efficiently. Compensation relative to experience and background. FAA A&P required, IA and 135 charter experience a real plus. Experience required in wide variety of single and multi-engine piston aircraft, including Cessna, Piper, Beechcraft, Mooney, etc. Fabric and sheet metal experience required. Experience in LSA aircraft, Rotax engines and DAR certification a plus. Jobs to include basic aircraft repairs, trouble-shooting and annual inspections. Pilot license a plus, but not required.
